WHether you want to become a better ball handler, shooter, passer, defender or simply work on all aspects of your game, each workout covers all of thOse skill areas.
Shooting – Correcting each players shooting form from both the waist up and the waist down. Learning how to catch and shoot, shoot on the move, and shoot off the dribble.

Ball Handling – Ball Handling – Stationary, full, and half court drills used to improve overall Ball Handling ability, footwork, and speed.

Passing – Correct technique with both the left and right hands.

Advanced – *Specifically designed for players who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to take their game to the next level. Learn how to be a complete offensive threat by creating your own shot, creating shots for your teammates, scoring off all screens, moving effectively without the ball, etc.

Comprehensive – Covers the four previous skill areas above, plus includes the main concepts of Defending.

*To ensure significant gains are made over time, each player is given individualized drills to practice in between each training session. If time permits player’s games are recorded and film sessions are given to increase their basketball IQ and learn from their mistakes.
